JUBILANT INDUSTRIES share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 1,815.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 43,879.3 (up 1.2%).

Among the top losers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are NARAYANA HRUDAYALAYA (down 1.9%) and GSK Pharma (down 1.4%).

Divis Laboratories (up 4.8%) and SYNGENE INTERNATIONAL (up 4.0%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, JUBILANT INDUSTRIES has moved up from Rs 722.8 to Rs 1,815.0, registering a gain of Rs 1,092.2 (up 151.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 28,357.7 to 43,879.3, registering a gain of 54.7% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE index stocks during this same period were SUVEN PHARMACEUTICALS (up 131.2%), Jubilant Pharmova (up 124.2%) and GRANULES INDIA (up 122.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,939.0 (up 0.5%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are NTPC (up 2.3%) and Bharti Airtel (up 2.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,051.3 (up 0.5%). Divis Laboratories and LTIMINDTREE are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,880.5 to 81,939.0, registering a gain of 16,058.5 points (up 24.4%).

JUBILANT INDUSTRIES Financial Update...

JUBILANT INDUSTRIES net profit grew 25.0% YoY to Rs 261 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 209 million a year ago. Net sales rose 2.7% to Rs 3,581 million during the period as against Rs 3,487 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, JUBILANT INDUSTRIES reported 44.7% decrease in net profit to Rs 292 million compared to net profit of Rs 528 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 14.9% to Rs 12,533 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of JUBILANT INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 79.4.
