JAIPAN INDUSTRIES share price has zoomed 20% and is presently trading at Rs 44.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 63,370.9 (down 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are ORIENT ELECTRIC (up 5.1%) and WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA (up 1.7%).

VAIBHAV GEMS (down 2.1%) and CROMPTON GREAVES CONSUMER ELEC. (down 1.0%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, JAIPAN INDUSTRIES has moved up from Rs 41.8 to Rs 44.5, registering a gain of Rs 2.7 (up 6.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 43,637.4 to 63,370.9, registering a gain of 45.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 169.6%), Blue Star (up 137.2%) and Voltas (up 110.1%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,978.9 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Infosys (up 2.4%) and Indusind Bank (up 2.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Infosys.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,094.3 (up 0.3%). LTIMINDTREE and Wipro are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,996.6 to 81,978.9, registering a gain of 16,982.3 points (up 26.1%).

JAIPAN INDUSTRIES Financial Update...

JAIPAN INDUSTRIES net profit grew 109.1% YoY to Rs 0 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 5 million a year ago. Net sales rose 20.7% to Rs 64 million during the period as against Rs 53 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, JAIPAN INDUSTRIES reported 592.6% increase in net profit to Rs 14 million compared to net profit of Rs 2 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 67.7% to Rs 391 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of JAIPAN INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -2.5.
