JAI BALAJI INDUS share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 1,141.4.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL index is at 31,969.0 (down 0.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE METAL index today are Vedanta (up 1.3%) and Jindal Steel (up 0.2%).

NMDC (down 1.9%) and SAIL (down 1.6%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, JAI BALAJI INDUS has moved up from Rs 342.5 to Rs 1,141.4, registering a gain of Rs 798.9 (up 233.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE METAL index has moved up from 23,158.4 to 31,969.0, registering a gain of 38.0% during the last 12 months.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,412.3 (up 0.1%). Hero Motocorp and Divis Laboratories are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 67,467.0 to 83,011.9, registering a gain of 15,544.9 points (up 23.0%).

JAI BALAJI INDUS Financial Update...

JAI BALAJI INDUS net profit grew 22.5% YoY to Rs 2,088 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 1,704 million a year ago. Net sales rose 15.9% to Rs 17,183 million during the period as against Rs 14,826 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, JAI BALAJI INDUS reported 1421.1% increase in net profit to Rs 8,796 million compared to net profit of Rs 578 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 4.7% to Rs 64,138 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of JAI BALAJI INDUS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 22.7.
