J Kumar Infra Gains 12%; BSE REALTY Index Up 3.3%

J Kumar Infra share price has zoomed 12% and is presently trading at Rs 771.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,110.0 (up 3.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (up 5.0%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 4.9%).

Sobha (down 0.9%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, J Kumar Infra has moved up from Rs 434.8 to Rs 771.0, registering a gain of Rs 336.2 (up 77.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,535.1 to 8,110.0, registering a gain of 46.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 89.2%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 87.4%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 61.0%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,348.0 (up 1.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are SBI (up 3.6%) and L&T (up 3.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Power Grid Corp. and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,308.2 (up 1.7%). Bharat Electronics and BPCL are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,930.8 to 80,348.0, registering a gain of 14,417.2 points (up 21.9%).

J Kumar Infra Financial Update...

J Kumar Infra net profit grew 22.8% YoY to Rs 902 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 734 million a year ago. Net sales rose 17.0% to Rs 12,924 million during the period as against Rs 11,042 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, J Kumar Infra reported 19.8% increase in net profit to Rs 3,286 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,744 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 16.1% to Rs 48,792 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of J Kumar Infra, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 16.3.
