IRCON INTERNATIONAL Gains 6%; BSE CAPITAL GOODS Index Up 1.7%

IRCON INTERNATIONAL share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 267.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 70,042.8 (up 1.7%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are SCHAEFFLER INDIA (up 6.2%) and GMR Infra (up 5.4%).

ADANI GREEN ENERGY (down 0.8%) and Finolex Cables (down 0.4%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, IRCON INTERNATIONAL has moved up from Rs 86.8 to Rs 267.2, registering a gain of Rs 180.4 (up 207.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 38,798.4 to 70,042.8, registering a gain of 80.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were BHEL (up 246.5%), HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 178.8%) and Bharat Electronics (up 143.9%).

The BSE Sensex is at 76,693.9 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (up 2.2%) and Tata Motors (up 1.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,331.9 (up 0.3%). ONGC and L&T are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 63,143.0 to 76,693.9, registering a gain of 13,550.9 points (up 21.5%).

IRCON INTERNATIONAL Financial Update...

IRCON INTERNATIONAL net profit grew 7.1% YoY to Rs 2,603 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 2,430 million a year ago. Net sales declined 1.0% to Rs 37,427 million during the period as against Rs 37,807 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, IRCON INTERNATIONAL reported 29.2% increase in net profit to Rs 7,652 million compared to net profit of Rs 5,923 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 40.5% to Rs 103,679 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of IRCON INTERNATIONAL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 28.5.
