INDIABULLS POWER share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 15.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE POWER index is at 8,114.4 (down 0.3%).

Among the top losers in the BSE POWER index today are ADANI ENERGY SOLUTIONS (down 2.3%) and Thermax (down 2.2%).

TORRENT POWER (up 1.9%) and INDIAN ENERGY EXCHANGE (up 1.3%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, INDIABULLS POWER has moved up from Rs 5.0 to Rs 15.6, registering a gain of Rs 10.7 (up 215.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE POWER index has moved up from 4,264.8 to 8,114.4, registering a gain of 90.3% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE POWER index stocks during this same period were BHEL (up 185.8%), TORRENT POWER (up 170.7%) and ADANI POWER (up 157.4%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Bharti Airtel (down 1.4%) and M&M (down 1.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,033.1 (down 0.1%). HDFC LIFE INSURANCE and SBI LIFE INSURANCE are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,782.8 to 78,746.0, registering a gain of 12,963.2 points (up 19.7%).

INDIABULLS POWER Financial Update...

INDIABULLS POWER net profit grew 116.9% YoY to Rs 930 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 5,494 million a year ago. Net sales rose 10.0% to Rs 9,318 million during the period as against Rs 8,473 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, INDIABULLS POWER reported 5.6% increase in net profit to Rs -18,699 million compared to net loss of Rs 19,814 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 0.9% to Rs 32,312 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS POWER, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 0.9.
