Honda Power Products share price has zoomed 11% and is presently trading at Rs 4,391.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 65,071.1 (up 0.7%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 7.9%) and VAIBHAV GEMS (up 3.6%).

Titan (down 2.4%) and Blue Star (down 1.4%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Honda Power Products has moved up from Rs 3,071.6 to Rs 4,391.0, registering a gain of Rs 1,319.5 (up 43.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 45,437.7 to 65,071.1, registering a gain of 43.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 179.2%), Blue Star (up 116.5%) and Voltas (up 106.5%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,634.8 (up 0.7%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (up 4.8%) and M&M (up 3.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,013.2 . TATA STEEL 2% CCPS and Dr Reddy NCD1 are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,226.0 to 81,634.8, registering a gain of 16,408.8 points (up 25.2%).

Honda Power Products Financial Update...

Honda Power Products net profit fell 4.4% YoY to Rs 162 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 169 million a year ago. Net sales declined 31.3% to Rs 1,442 million during the period as against Rs 2,100 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, Honda Power Products reported 8.4% increase in net profit to Rs 922 million compared to net profit of Rs 851 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 20.6% to Rs 9,891 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Honda Power Products, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 48.7.
