HERCULES HOISTS share price has zoomed 12% and is presently trading at Rs 581.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 73,501.0 (up 0.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are Finolex Cables (up 1.9%) and L&T (up 1.1%).

Lakshmi Machine (down 0.5%) and SCHAEFFLER INDIA (down 0.5%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, HERCULES HOISTS has moved up from Rs 311.9 to Rs 581.3, registering a gain of Rs 269.4 (up 86.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 47,225.6 to 73,501.0, registering a gain of 55.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 131.8%), BHEL (up 122.1%) and Bharat Electronics (up 109.4%).

The BSE Sensex is at 84,580.3 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Tech Mahindra (up 3.3%) and L&T (up 1.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,810.9 (down 1.4%). Hero Motocorp and Reliance Ind. are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,118.7 to 84,580.3, registering a gain of 18,461.6 points (up 27.9%).

HERCULES HOISTS Financial Update...

HERCULES HOISTS net profit grew 23.5% YoY to Rs 59 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 48 million a year ago. Net sales declined 7.1% to Rs 381 million during the period as against Rs 410 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, HERCULES HOISTS reported 65.2% decrease in net profit to Rs 360 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,033 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 19.1% to Rs 1,795 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of HERCULES HOISTS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 50.2.
