GPT INFRA share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 132.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,578.7 (up 1.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Sobha (up 3.5%) and OBEROI REALTY (up 2.7%).

Over the last one year, GPT INFRA has moved up from Rs 65.8 to Rs 132.5, registering a gain of Rs 66.7 (up 101.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,409.5 to 7,578.7, registering a gain of 40.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 88.0%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 78.4%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 55.7%).

The BSE Sensex is at 78,067.9 (up 0.9%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (up 3.1%) and Tech Mahindra (up 2.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,688.7 (up 1.0%). M&M and Trent are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,675.9 to 78,067.9, registering a gain of 12,392.0 points (up 18.9%).

GPT INFRA Financial Update...

GPT INFRA net profit grew 7.2% YoY to Rs 150 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 140 million a year ago. Net sales rose 23.1% to Rs 2,875 million during the period as against Rs 2,336 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, GPT INFRA reported 86.9% increase in net profit to Rs 556 million compared to net profit of Rs 298 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 25.8% to Rs 10,183 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of GPT INFRA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 27.3.
