GENESYS INTL. share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 776.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT index is at 40,952.7 (down 1.3%).

Among the top losers in the BSE IT index today are Mphasis (down 2.1%) and Tech Mahindra (down 1.9%).

Sonata Software (up 2.1%) and ROUTE MOBILE (up 1.1%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, GENESYS INTL. has moved up from Rs 315.0 to Rs 776.0, registering a gain of Rs 461.0 (up 146.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT index has moved up from 31,119.8 to 40,952.7, registering a gain of 31.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE IT index stocks during this same period were Oracle Financial Services (up 186.3%), Firstsource Solutions (up 118.2%) and PERSISTENT SYSTEMS (up 82.2%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Tech Mahindra (down 1.9%) and Infosys (down 1.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,293.5 (down 0.2%). Tech Mahindra and Infosys are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,112.7 to 79,820.3, registering a gain of 15,707.7 points (up 24.5%).

GENESYS INTL. Financial Update...

GENESYS INTL. net profit grew 422.8% YoY to Rs 111 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 34 million a year ago. Net sales rose 117.0% to Rs 720 million during the period as against Rs 332 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, GENESYS INTL. reported 44.7% increase in net profit to Rs 216 million compared to net profit of Rs 149 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 9.4% to Rs 1,982 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of GENESYS INTL., based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 65.7.
