GAIL net profit grew 13.2% YoY to Rs 23,237 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 20,524 million a year ago. Net sales rose 2.8% to Rs 339,813 million during the period as against Rs 330,497 million in July-September 2023.
For the year ended March 2024, GAIL reported 77.0% increase in net profit to Rs 99,028 million compared to net profit of Rs 55,959 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 8.6% to Rs 1,329,574 million during FY24.
The current Price to earnings ratio of GAIL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 14.0.
