Force Motors share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 9,450.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE AUTO index is at 59,934.9 (up 0.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE AUTO index today are Tata Motors (up 3.4%) and Maruti Suzuki (up 1.0%).

Ashok Leyland (down 1.1%) and Balkrishna Ind (down 1.0%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Force Motors has moved up from Rs 2,585.1 to Rs 9,450.2, registering a gain of Rs 6,865.1 (up 265.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE AUTO index has moved up from 36,103.1 to 59,934.9, registering a gain of 66.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE AUTO index stocks during this same period were Cummins India (up 98.8%), Bajaj Auto (up 96.7%) and Motherson Sumi (up 96.0%).

The BSE Sensex is at 81,411.0 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Motors (up 3.4%) and NTPC (up 3.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Axis Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,840.9 . Tata Motors and NTPC are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,707.2 to 81,411.0, registering a gain of 14,703.8 points (up 22.0%).

Force Motors Financial Update...

Force Motors net profit fell 8.3% YoY to Rs 1,368 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 1,492 million a year ago. Net sales rose 35.0% to Rs 20,112 million during the period as against Rs 14,903 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, Force Motors reported 247.0% increase in net profit to Rs 1,337 million compared to net loss of Rs 910 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 55.2% to Rs 50,290 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Force Motors, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 31.0.
