In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,400.9 (down 0.3%). Axis Bank and Bajaj Finance are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,384.8 to 80,096.8, registering a gain of 13,712.0 points (up 20.7%).
Everest Kanto Cylinder net profit fell 63.8% YoY to Rs 131 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 363 million a year ago. Net sales rose 9.4% to Rs 3,258 million during the period as against Rs 2,979 million in January-March 2023.
For the year ended March 2023, Everest Kanto Cylinder reported 71.3% decrease in net profit to Rs 759 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,645 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 25.0% to Rs 12,745 million during FY23.
The current Price to earnings ratio of Everest Kanto Cylinder, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 17.5.
