Divis Laboratories share price has zoomed 3% and is presently trading at Rs 4,918.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 40,216.5 (up 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are FDC (up 5.8%) and ASTER DM HEALTHCARE (up 2.9%).

AARTI DRUGS (down 3.7%) and SUVEN PHARMACEUTICALS (down 3.4%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Divis Laboratories has moved up from Rs 3,719.7 to Rs 4,918.1, registering a gain of Rs 1,198.4 (up 32.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 26,901.6 to 40,216.5, registering a gain of 49.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE index stocks during this same period were Cadila Healthcare (up 98.7%), Lupin (up 98.1%) and Jubilant Pharmova (up 96.5%).

The BSE Sensex is at 81,409.5 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (up 2.8%) and Bajaj Finserv (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,857.0 (up 0.1%). BPCL and L&T are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,355.7 to 81,409.5, registering a gain of 15,053.8 points (up 22.7%).

Divis Laboratories Financial Update...

Divis Laboratories net profit grew 67.6% YoY to Rs 5,380 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 3,210 million a year ago. Net sales rose 18.0% to Rs 23,030 million during the period as against Rs 19,510 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, Divis Laboratories reported 12.3% decrease in net profit to Rs 16,000 million compared to net profit of Rs 18,240 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 1.0% to Rs 78,450 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Divis Laboratories, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 81.6.
