DILIP BUILDCON share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 453.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,421.6 (up 1.4%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today is MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 1.3%).

OBEROI REALTY (up 3.0%) and DLF (up 1.5%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, DILIP BUILDCON has moved up from Rs 375.8 to Rs 453.9, registering a gain of Rs 78.1 (up 20.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,271.5 to 7,421.6, registering a gain of 40.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 91.8%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 76.3%) and OBEROI REALTY (up 57.0%).

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,527.8 (down 0.1%). BPCL and ITC are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,259.5 to 77,517.4, registering a gain of 12,257.9 points (up 18.8%).

DILIP BUILDCON Financial Update...

DILIP BUILDCON net profit grew 1035.5% YoY to Rs 1,398 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 123 million a year ago. Net sales rose 7.3% to Rs 31,342 million during the period as against Rs 29,208 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, DILIP BUILDCON reported 14538.5% increase in net profit to Rs 2,010 million compared to net loss of Rs 14 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 12.9% to Rs 120,119 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of DILIP BUILDCON, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 20.2.
