DILIP BUILDCON share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 575.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,111.2 (up 0.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 5.6%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 1.6%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 2.2%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 1.6%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, DILIP BUILDCON has moved up from Rs 309.4 to Rs 575.6, registering a gain of Rs 266.2 (up 86.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,313.6 to 8,111.2, registering a gain of 88.0% during the last 12 months.

The BSE Sensex is at 81,804.8 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Maruti Suzuki (up 2.2%) and L&T (up 2.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ICICI Bank and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,043.3 (up 0.1%). Shriram Transport and SBI LIFE INSURANCE are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,433.3 to 81,804.8, registering a gain of 16,371.5 points (up 25.0%).

DILIP BUILDCON Financial Update...

DILIP BUILDCON net profit grew 1035.5% YoY to Rs 1,398 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 123 million a year ago. Net sales rose 7.3% to Rs 31,342 million during the period as against Rs 29,208 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, DILIP BUILDCON reported 99.7% increase in net profit to Rs -14 million compared to net loss of Rs 5,497 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 11.3% to Rs 106,436 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of DILIP BUILDCON, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 25.6.
