DILIP BUILDCON share price has zoomed 3% and is presently trading at Rs 521.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,522.7 (down 0.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 4.1%) and DLF (up 2.1%).

Phoenix Mill (down 6.0%) and Sobha (down 2.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, DILIP BUILDCON has moved up from Rs 240.0 to Rs 521.7, registering a gain of Rs 281.8 (up 117.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,281.2 to 8,522.7, registering a gain of 99.1% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Reliance Ind. (down 3.4%) and Kotak Bank (down 3.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and HDFC Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,515.9 (down 0.1%). Wipro and Reliance Ind. are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,795.1 to 80,506.6, registering a gain of 13,711.5 points (up 20.5%).

DILIP BUILDCON Financial Update...

DILIP BUILDCON net profit grew 103.8% YoY to Rs 27 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 696 million a year ago. Net sales rose 18.5% to Rs 33,656 million during the period as against Rs 28,411 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, DILIP BUILDCON reported 99.7% increase in net profit to Rs -14 million compared to net loss of Rs 5,497 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 11.3% to Rs 106,436 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of DILIP BUILDCON, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 37.9.
