DILIP BUILDCON Gains 11%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.1%

DILIP BUILDCON share price has zoomed 11% and is presently trading at Rs 505.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,735.3 (up 2.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Sobha (up 4.7%) and Godrej Properties (up 3.2%).

SUNTECK REALTY (down 0.8%) and Phoenix Mill (down 0.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, DILIP BUILDCON has moved up from Rs 226.4 to Rs 505.0, registering a gain of Rs 278.6 (up 123.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,047.8 to 8,735.3, registering a gain of 115.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 301.6%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 236.8%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 143.3%).

The BSE Sensex is at 76,899.8 (up 0.4%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (up 1.7%) and Titan (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,396.7 (up 0.3%). HDFC LIFE INSURANCE and Divis Laboratories are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 62,724.7 to 76,899.8, registering a gain of 14,175.1 points (up 22.6%).

DILIP BUILDCON Financial Update...

DILIP BUILDCON net profit grew 103.8% YoY to Rs 27 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 696 million a year ago. Net sales rose 18.5% to Rs 33,656 million during the period as against Rs 28,411 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, DILIP BUILDCON reported 99.7% increase in net profit to Rs -14 million compared to net loss of Rs 5,497 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 11.3% to Rs 106,436 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of DILIP BUILDCON, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 36.7.
