CAPACITE INFRAPROJECTS share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 288.4.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,542.9 (down 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 4.6%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 2.4%).

Phoenix Mill (down 4.8%) and Sobha (down 1.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, CAPACITE INFRAPROJECTS has moved up from Rs 225.7 to Rs 288.4, registering a gain of Rs 62.8 (up 27.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,281.2 to 8,542.9, registering a gain of 99.5% during the last 12 months.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,795.1 to 80,596.7, registering a gain of 13,801.5 points (up 20.7%).

CAPACITE INFRAPROJECTS Financial Update...

CAPACITE INFRAPROJECTS net profit grew 154.7% YoY to Rs 539 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 212 million a year ago. Net sales rose 34.1% to Rs 5,989 million during the period as against Rs 4,467 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, CAPACITE INFRAPROJECTS reported 99.5% increase in net profit to Rs 953 million compared to net profit of Rs 478 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 34.2% to Rs 17,986 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of CAPACITE INFRAPROJECTS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 20.4.
