Brigade Enterprises share price has zoomed 3% and is presently trading at Rs 1,339.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,895.0 (up 1.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 2.3%) and DLF (up 1.8%).

INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 1.1%) and Phoenix Mill (down 1.0%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Brigade Enterprises has moved up from Rs 555.8 to Rs 1,339.2, registering a gain of Rs 783.4 (up 141.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,216.3 to 8,895.0, registering a gain of 111.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 267.9%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 204.3%) and Phoenix Mill (up 152.7%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (down 4.3%) and Kotak Bank (down 0.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,411.8 (down 0.1%). M&M and TATA STEEL 2% CCPS are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,344.2 to 80,223.3, registering a gain of 14,879.1 points (up 22.8%).

Brigade Enterprises Financial Update...

Brigade Enterprises net profit grew 234.2% YoY to Rs 2,109 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 631 million a year ago. Net sales rose 102.0% to Rs 17,024 million during the period as against Rs 8,426 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, Brigade Enterprises reported 443.1% increase in net profit to Rs 2,222 million compared to net loss of Rs 648 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 14.9% to Rs 34,446 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Brigade Enterprises, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 77.2.
