BPL LIMITED share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 100.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 60,357.6 (up 0.4%).

Among the top losers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA (down 0.8%) and CROMPTON GREAVES CONSUMER ELEC. (down 0.4%).

Voltas (up 1.2%) and RAJESH EXPORTS (up 0.8%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, BPL LIMITED has moved up from Rs 90.1 to Rs 100.7, registering a gain of Rs 10.7 (up 11.8%).

BPL LIMITED Financial Update...

BPL LIMITED net profit grew 425.3% YoY to Rs 134 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 25 million a year ago. Net sales rose 34.1% to Rs 194 million during the period as against Rs 145 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, BPL LIMITED reported 165.0% increase in net profit to Rs 134 million compared to net profit of Rs 51 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 27.2% to Rs 664 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BPL LIMITED, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 19.8.
