BOMBAY WIRE ROPES share price has zoomed 10% and is presently trading at Rs 64.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL index is at 32,705.4 (down 2.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE METAL index today is Hindustan Zinc (up 0.4%).

NMDC (down 5.5%) and Tata Steel (down 3.4%) are among the top losers today.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,777.7 (down 0.1%). Tata Steel and Hindalco are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,226.0 to 81,074.9, registering a gain of 15,848.9 points (up 24.3%).

BOMBAY WIRE ROPES net profit fell 67.9% YoY to Rs -1 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 1 million a year ago. Net sales declined 100.0% to Rs 0 million during the period as against Rs 0 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, BOMBAY WIRE ROPES reported 5.7% increase in net profit to Rs -3 million compared to net loss of Rs 3 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 100.0% to Rs 0 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BOMBAY WIRE ROPES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -94.4.
