BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 117.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,217.8 (up 2.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Phoenix Mill (up 5.3%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 2.6%).

Sobha (down 0.3%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION has moved up from Rs 86.4 to Rs 117.7, registering a gain of Rs 31.3 (up 36.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,652.2 to 8,217.8, registering a gain of 76.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 176.4%), Sobha (up 151.3%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 128.1%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,931.1 (up 0.4%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Bajaj Finance (up 2.5%) and Tata Motors (up 2.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,117.6 (up 0.4%). Shriram Transport and Trent are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,512.4 to 81,931.1, registering a gain of 16,418.7 points (up 25.1%).

BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION Financial Update...

BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION net profit fell 48.6% YoY to Rs 30 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 59 million a year ago. Net sales declined 6.0% to Rs 516 million during the period as against Rs 549 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION reported 1.8% increase in net profit to Rs 307 million compared to net profit of Rs 301 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 21.5% to Rs 2,432 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 59.9.
