BEML LAND ASSETS Gains 6%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.1%

BEML LAND ASSETS share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 259.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,799.2 (up 2.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (up 6.7%) and DLF (up 3.7%).

Phoenix Mill (down 3.2%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 0.6%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, BEML LAND ASSETS has moved up from Rs 170.3 to Rs 259.8, registering a gain of Rs 89.6 (up 52.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,578.0 to 8,799.2, registering a gain of 92.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 215.2%), Sobha (up 213.1%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 128.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 84,881.6 (up 0.4%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (up 3.3%) and SBI (up 2.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ICICI Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,938.8 (up 0.6%). M&M and Bajaj Auto are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,800.8 to 84,881.6, registering a gain of 18,080.8 points (up 27.1%).

BEML LAND ASSETS Financial Update...

BEML LAND ASSETS net profit fell 9.6% YoY to Rs -21 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 19 million a year ago. Net sales declined 100.0% to Rs 0 million during the period as against Rs 0 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, BEML LAND ASSETS reported 493.0% decrease in net profit to Rs -37 million compared to net loss of Rs 6 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 100.0% to Rs 0 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BEML LAND ASSETS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -276.6.
