BEML LAND ASSETS Gains 5%; BSE REALTY Index Down 1.6%

BEML LAND ASSETS share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 341.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,531.4 (down 1.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are SUNTECK REALTY (up 1.9%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 0.2%).

Sobha (down 3.3%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 2.0%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, BEML LAND ASSETS has moved up from Rs 156.5 to Rs 341.5, registering a gain of Rs 185.0 (up 118.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,216.3 to 8,531.4, registering a gain of 102.3% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 253.9%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 198.9%) and Phoenix Mill (up 145.4%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,756.8 (up 1.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are TCS (up 6.9%) and Infosys (up 3.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,561.1 (up 1.0%). TCS and Wipro are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,344.2 to 80,756.8, registering a gain of 15,412.7 points (up 23.6%).

BEML LAND ASSETS Financial Update...

BEML LAND ASSETS net profit fell 143.1% YoY to Rs -7 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 3 million a year ago. Net sales declined 100.0% to Rs 0 million during the period as against Rs 0 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, BEML LAND ASSETS reported 7653.1% decrease in net profit to Rs -6 million compared to net loss of Rs 0 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 100.0% to Rs 0 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BEML LAND ASSETS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -381.3.
