BEML LAND ASSETS share price has zoomed 4% and is presently trading at Rs 322.4.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,512.5 (down 0.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 4.3%) and DLF (up 2.0%).

Phoenix Mill (down 6.1%) and Sobha (down 2.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, BEML LAND ASSETS has moved up from Rs 152.8 to Rs 322.4, registering a gain of Rs 169.6 (up 111.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,281.2 to 8,512.5, registering a gain of 98.8% during the last 12 months.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,515.9 (down 0.1%). Wipro and Reliance Ind. are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,795.1 to 80,542.5, registering a gain of 13,747.4 points (up 20.6%).

BEML LAND ASSETS net profit fell 9.6% YoY to Rs -21 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 19 million a year ago. Net sales declined 100.0% to Rs 0 million during the period as against Rs 0 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, BEML LAND ASSETS reported 7653.1% decrease in net profit to Rs -6 million compared to net loss of Rs 0 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 100.0% to Rs 0 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BEML LAND ASSETS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -343.2.
