AURUM PROPTECH Gains 6%; BSE IT Index Up 1.6%

AURUM PROPTECH share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 208.4.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT index is at 39,841.6 (up 1.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE IT index today are Firstsource Solutions (up 11.8%) and Sonata Software (up 4.3%).

Over the last one year, AURUM PROPTECH has moved up from Rs 126.8 to Rs 208.4, registering a gain of Rs 81.6 (up 64.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT index has moved up from 30,385.2 to 39,841.6, registering a gain of 31.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE IT index stocks during this same period were Oracle Financial Services (up 162.2%), INFIBEAM AVENUES (up 113.8%) and Firstsource Solutions (up 112.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,212.8 (up 0.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Tech Mahindra (up 2.3%) and JSW Steel (up 2.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,176.3 (up 0.5%). Tech Mahindra and Adani Enterprises are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,782.8 to 79,212.8, registering a gain of 13,430.0 points (up 20.4%).

AURUM PROPTECH Financial Update...

AURUM PROPTECH net profit grew 33.6% YoY to Rs -107 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 161 million a year ago. Net sales rose 46.9% to Rs 649 million during the period as against Rs 442 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, AURUM PROPTECH reported 203.7% decrease in net profit to Rs -403 million compared to net loss of Rs 133 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 703.5% to Rs 1,269 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AURUM PROPTECH, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -24.8.
