ATUL AUTO share price has plunged 6% and is presently trading at Rs 739.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE AUTO index is at 57,236.8 (down 0.4%).

Among the top losers in the BSE AUTO index today are TUBE INVESTMENTS OF INDIA (down 2.9%) and Bosch (down 1.7%).

Hero Motocorp (up 0.8%) and Eicher Motor (up 0.7%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, ATUL AUTO has moved up from Rs 329.2 to Rs 739.0, registering a gain of Rs 409.8 (up 124.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE AUTO index has moved up from 35,457.3 to 57,236.8, registering a gain of 61.4% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE AUTO index stocks during this same period were Motherson Sumi (up 117.1%), Cummins India (up 108.6%) and Bajaj Auto (up 92.5%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,708.7 (up 1.0%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are TCS (up 6.8%) and Infosys (up 3.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,561.1 (up 1.0%). TCS and Wipro are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,344.2 to 80,708.7, registering a gain of 15,364.5 points (up 23.5%).

ATUL AUTO Financial Update...

ATUL AUTO net profit grew 46.1% YoY to Rs 49 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 33 million a year ago. Net sales rose 6.6% to Rs 1,601 million during the period as against Rs 1,503 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, ATUL AUTO reported 112.3% increase in net profit to Rs 31 million compared to net loss of Rs 255 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 62.7% to Rs 5,131 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ATUL AUTO, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 290.1.
