ATUL AUTO share price has plunged 3% and is presently trading at Rs 591.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE AUTO index is at 56,930.0 (down 0.7%).

Among the top losers in the BSE AUTO index today are M&M (down 2.1%) and TVS Motors (down 1.8%).

Escorts (up 1.4%) and Bosch (up 1.0%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, ATUL AUTO has moved up from Rs 347.4 to Rs 591.9, registering a gain of Rs 244.5 (up 70.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE AUTO index has moved up from 33,985.6 to 56,930.0, registering a gain of 67.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE AUTO index stocks during this same period were Motherson Sumi (up 128.4%), Cummins India (up 113.7%) and Bajaj Auto (up 106.0%).

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 62,970.0 to 78,664.1, registering a gain of 15,694.1 points (up 24.9%).

ATUL AUTO Financial Update...

ATUL AUTO net profit grew 46.1% YoY to Rs 49 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 33 million a year ago. Net sales rose 6.6% to Rs 1,601 million during the period as against Rs 1,503 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, ATUL AUTO reported 112.3% increase in net profit to Rs 31 million compared to net loss of Rs 255 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 62.7% to Rs 5,131 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ATUL AUTO, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 232.3.
