ATUL AUTO Gains 5%; BSE AUTO Index Down 0.3%

ATUL AUTO share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 665.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE AUTO index is at 58,888.9 (down 0.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE AUTO index today are Hero Motocorp (up 2.3%) and Bajaj Auto (up 1.9%).

Ashok Leyland (down 1.9%) and Escorts (down 1.6%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, ATUL AUTO has moved up from Rs 518.6 to Rs 665.9, registering a gain of Rs 147.3 (up 28.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE AUTO index has moved up from 35,340.0 to 58,888.9, registering a gain of 66.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE AUTO index stocks during this same period were Bajaj Auto (up 138.0%), Cummins India (up 117.1%) and TVS Motors (up 102.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 82,601.4 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Bajaj Finserv (up 2.8%) and Bajaj Finance (up 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,293.9 (up 0.2%). Bajaj Finserv and Bajaj Finance are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,075.8 to 82,601.4, registering a gain of 17,525.6 points (up 26.9%).

ATUL AUTO Financial Update...

ATUL AUTO net profit grew 108.1% YoY to Rs 8 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 94 million a year ago. Net sales rose 126.5% to Rs 1,351 million during the period as against Rs 597 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, ATUL AUTO reported 112.3% increase in net profit to Rs 31 million compared to net loss of Rs 255 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 62.7% to Rs 5,131 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ATUL AUTO, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 107.2.
