ATUL AUTO Gains 4%; BSE AUTO Index Down 0.2%

ATUL AUTO share price has zoomed 4% and is presently trading at Rs 690.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE AUTO index is at 56,488.7 (down 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE AUTO index today are Tata Motors (up 1.8%) and Motherson Sumi (up 0.5%).

TVS Motors (down 2.2%) and Bosch (down 1.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, ATUL AUTO has moved up from Rs 373.9 to Rs 690.0, registering a gain of Rs 316.1 (up 84.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE AUTO index has moved up from 35,205.2 to 56,488.7, registering a gain of 60.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE AUTO index stocks during this same period were Cummins India (up 114.5%), Bajaj Auto (up 107.7%) and TVS Motors (up 87.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,307.2 (down 0.2%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Asian Paints (down 2.2%) and Infosys (down 2.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,225.6 (down 0.3%). Asian Paints and Infosys are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,953.5 to 79,307.2, registering a gain of 13,353.7 points (up 20.2%).

ATUL AUTO Financial Update...

ATUL AUTO net profit grew 46.1% YoY to Rs 49 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 33 million a year ago. Net sales rose 6.6% to Rs 1,601 million during the period as against Rs 1,503 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, ATUL AUTO reported 112.3% increase in net profit to Rs 31 million compared to net loss of Rs 255 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 62.7% to Rs 5,131 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ATUL AUTO, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 270.8.
