ASHOKA BUILDCON share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 247.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,852.3 (up 0.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 2.4%) and Phoenix Mill (up 2.1%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 1.8%) and Godrej Properties (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, ASHOKA BUILDCON has moved up from Rs 131.3 to Rs 247.1, registering a gain of Rs 115.9 (up 88.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,714.3 to 7,852.3, registering a gain of 66.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 132.8%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 115.5%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 95.9%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,780.1 (down 0.2%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Tech Mahindra (down 2.4%) and Infosys (down 1.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,271.7 (down 0.3%). Tech Mahindra and TCS are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,112.7 to 79,780.1, registering a gain of 15,667.5 points (up 24.4%).

ASHOKA BUILDCON Financial Update...

ASHOKA BUILDCON net profit grew 156.7% YoY to Rs 1,577 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 614 million a year ago. Net sales rose 27.4% to Rs 24,654 million during the period as against Rs 19,352 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, ASHOKA BUILDCON reported 77.3% increase in net profit to Rs 5,212 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,939 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 21.0% to Rs 97,985 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ASHOKA BUILDCON, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 10.5.
