ARVIND SMARTSPACES share price has zoomed 10% and is presently trading at Rs 952.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,631.7 (up 2.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (up 3.7%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 3.4%).

Over the last one year, ARVIND SMARTSPACES has moved up from Rs 350.0 to Rs 952.6, registering a gain of Rs 602.7 (up 172.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,409.5 to 7,631.7, registering a gain of 41.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 85.3%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 82.5%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 57.2%).

The BSE Sensex is at 78,202.1 (up 1.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (up 4.6%) and Tech Mahindra (up 3.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,707.4 (up 1.1%). M&M and Tech Mahindra are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,675.9 to 78,202.1, registering a gain of 12,526.2 points (up 19.1%).

ARVIND SMARTSPACES Financial Update...

ARVIND SMARTSPACES net profit grew 293.3% YoY to Rs 426 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 108 million a year ago. Net sales rose 265.5% to Rs 2,656 million during the period as against Rs 727 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, ARVIND SMARTSPACES reported 83.6% increase in net profit to Rs 511 million compared to net profit of Rs 278 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 33.3% to Rs 3,412 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ARVIND SMARTSPACES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 55.4.
