AMBALAL SARABHAI share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 48.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 36,755.8 (up 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are KIMS (up 2.6%) and HIKAL CHEMIC (up 2.2%).

ASTER DM HEALTHCARE (down 2.8%) and POLY MEDICURE (down 1.5%) are among the top losers today.

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Ultratech Cement (up 1.6%) and Axis Bank (up 1.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,573.3 (up 0.2%). Axis Bank and Ultratech Cement are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 63,523.2 to 77,529.5, registering a gain of 14,006.4 points (up 22.0%).

AMBALAL SARABHAI Financial Update...

AMBALAL SARABHAI net profit grew 131.5% YoY to Rs 101 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 44 million a year ago. Net sales rose 22.3% to Rs 543 million during the period as against Rs 444 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, AMBALAL SARABHAI reported 50.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 57 million compared to net profit of Rs 114 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 1.9% to Rs 1,736 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AMBALAL SARABHAI, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 43.8.
