AJMERA REALTY Gains 7%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.4%

AJMERA REALTY share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 720.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,280.1 (up 0.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are SUNTECK REALTY (up 5.5%) and Phoenix Mill (up 0.8%).

OBEROI REALTY (down 0.2%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, AJMERA REALTY has moved up from Rs 422.8 to Rs 720.0, registering a gain of Rs 297.3 (up 70.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,877.8 to 8,280.1, registering a gain of 69.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 158.9%), Sobha (up 136.3%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 110.5%).

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,198.5 (up 0.3%). Asian Paints and BPCL are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,473.1 to 82,207.1, registering a gain of 15,734.0 points (up 23.7%).

AJMERA REALTY Financial Update...

AJMERA REALTY net profit grew 51.8% YoY to Rs 328 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 216 million a year ago. Net sales rose 66.9% to Rs 1,937 million during the period as against Rs 1,161 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, AJMERA REALTY reported 45.2% increase in net profit to Rs 1,039 million compared to net profit of Rs 716 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 62.4% to Rs 7,000 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AJMERA REALTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 22.6.
