ACROW INDIA share price has zoomed 20% and is presently trading at Rs 872.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,118.5 (up 0.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 2.9%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 0.9%).

MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 1.1%) and OBEROI REALTY (down 0.8%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, ACROW INDIA has moved down from Rs 930.7 to Rs 872.7, registering a loss of Rs 58.0 (down 6.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,313.6 to 8,118.5, registering a gain of 88.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 206.8%), Sobha (up 204.3%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 127.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,655.3 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are JSW Steel (down 1.2%) and Kotak Bank (down 0.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and HCl Tech..

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,995.9 (down 0.1%). BPCL and Shriram Transport are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,433.3 to 81,655.3, registering a gain of 16,222.0 points (up 24.8%).

ACROW INDIA Financial Update...

ACROW INDIA net profit fell 49.6% YoY to Rs 1 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 3 million a year ago. Net sales declined 100.0% to Rs 0 million during the period as against Rs 0 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, ACROW INDIA reported 97.9% decrease in net profit to Rs 0 million compared to net profit of Rs 9 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 100.0% to Rs 0 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ACROW INDIA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 63.3.
