At 8:10 am, it was trading down by 52 points, or 0.4% lower at 12,150 levels.

Asian stock markets are trading on a positive note today. As of the most recent prices, the Nikkei is trading up by 0.9% and the Hang Seng is trading up by 0.1%.
US stock markets jumped on Thursday as bets on Republicans retaining control of the Senate eased worries of major policy changes that could hurt corporate America under a Joe Biden White House, even as the presidential election hung in balance.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended up by 2% while the Nasdaq climbed 2.6%.
Federal Reserve officials kept monetary policy in a holding pattern, leaving interest rates near zero and making no change to asset purchases, as the final results of US presidential and congressional elections remain uncertain.
The Fed kept the federal funds target rate in a range of zero to 0.25%, where it's been since March.
US stock futures are trading on a negative note today. Dow futures fell about 75 points while Nasdaq futures are trading down by 49 points.
Back home, Adani Gas and PVR will be among the top buzzing stocks today.
Market participants will also track shares of Ashok Leyland and Glenmark Pharma as these companies are slated to announce their financial results for the September quarter today.
