Additional surveillance for select Adani group stocks

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has put three Adani group stocks - Adani Enterprises, Adani Power, and Adani Wilmar under short-term additional surveillance measures with effect from 09 March.

Another Kishore Biyani company's insolvency

The NCLT has admitted Kishore Biyani led Future Enterprises to insolvency resolution on 27 February on a petition by Foresight Innovations over Rs 15.8 million (m) default. The debt-ridden firm will have to be auctioned to recover unpaid dues under the process.

The deal was called off by billionaire Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries in April last year. It had recently committed several defaults on payment of interest on its several non-convertible debentures.
