1. Clear Cache:

2. Try an alternate browser:
If the access issue still persists, then we recommend you try using a different browser than the one you are using now, just to be sure that the browser is not the issue.
3. Internet Service Provider (ISP) Issue:
Possibly you may need to change the DNS settings via the following steps:
Steps to change local DNS server Address to universal DNS server
Right click on your network icon from windows task bar then click on 'Network and Sharing Center'.
Or type ncpa.cpl in run command.
Afterwards, look for 'Local Area Connection' and click on it, then from the new window click on 'Properties'. Then select 'Internet Protocol Version 4' and hit 'Properties' again. In the new window select the radio button that says 'Use the following DNS server addresses' and then in the preferred DNS server box type in 4.2.2.2 and in the alternate DNS server box type in 8.8.8.8 and then click OK.
This will change your computers DNS server addresses to Open DNS which is one of the most reliable free DNS server out there. Now try to load the webpages that was showing error and see if it has solved.
